Warbird is the latest identity taken by Carol Danvers. Originally given powers by a Kree device while allied with Captain Mar-vell, she became Ms. Marvel. When her powers were stolen by the mutant known as Rogue, she became an ally of the X-Men. While with the mutant heroes, she was captured by the Alien Brood and experimented on. This resulted in her becoming the cosmically powerfully hero, Binary. After helping to save Earth's Sun, she returned to Earth. She has regained her original powers which had been dormant, but the current erratic nature of her Binary powers has left her depressed. This has led to a reliance on alcohol which she is battling. She has been a member of the Avengers, but is currently living in Seattle, Washington, where she is working solo.

Captain Christine Rosa Captain of Detectives in Seattles downtown. Smart, cool and charming, she has made inquiries about Warbird aiding the department in super-powered troubles.	Danvers, Joseph & Marie Carol's parents, who are aware of her dual identity as Warbird. Joseph's male chauvinism helped forge Carol's intense desire to prove herself. Carol is not particularly close to her parents at this point in her life but she did return home for a time following her expulsion from the Avengers.	Detective Armstrong Armstrong has worked his way up in the department the hard way. He knows the town and it's people. A good judge of character, he appears to be unimpressed with Warbird.
Rossi, Michael Shield agent with a long history with Carol Danvers. They have been lovers in the past and Carol assumed he was attempting to rekindle the relationship. He is working in SHIELD's Northwest offices. He knows about her alter-ego.	TimeSlip Rina Patel is a college student with the power to see the future, as well as to slip through time itself. She was a member of the New Warriors before temporarily losing her powers. She is brave and forthright, though she sometimes hates her powers. She is recuperating from from the effects of the 'Broken World' troubles while staying with Carol Danvers.	Warbird Carol Danvers, with the aid of Kree technology became the heroine Ms.Marvel. After an exchange with the X-Man Rogue, she lost not only her powers but her memories. While working with Professor Xavier, she was abducted by the alien Brood and experimented on. The result was a new set of powers and the name of Binary. Now, after further manipulation by the Brood her powers have changed once again and she now goes by the name of Warbird.
